Our Easy Steps To Divorce

Step 1: You fill out our online form, and we send your paperwork to proofread.  When you are sure the information in it is accurate, you sign it before a notary, mail it back to us, and make the payment of our fees and the court costs.

Step 2: We file your documents at the courthouse and then send your spouse the documents they need to sign before a notary and return them to us.

Step 3: We wait for the Judge to sign the documents, which usually takes about 6 weeks after your spouse signs.

Step 4: We follow up with the courthouse to confirm you are divorced and we obtain a copy of the order to send to you.  You are now divorced.
